A trailer for the upcoming Disney + documentary is out, Obi-Wan Kenobi: The Return of a Jedi.
This special explores the “return of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker to the screen, as well as Ewan McGregor And Hayden Christensen to their classic roles. Director Deborah Chow lead the cast and crew as they create new heroes and villains that live alongside new incarnations of beloved Star Wars characters and an epic story that dramatically links the saga films.
While I didn’t really care about this series or how the story unfolded, I like to see the behind-the-scenes look at how it all came together. I just wish they had gone with the original plan and story created by Stuart Beati. You can read all about the vision of him here, here and here.
This series should have been a lot better than it was. The behind-the-scenes documentary will premiere on Disney Plus Day on September 8.
