Which “Game of Thrones” actors will return to “House of the Dragon”? Meet the full cast

The main cast of ‘House of the Dragon’ is confirmed to bring the past of ‘Game of Thrones’, the successful adaptation of George RR Martin’s A Song of Fire and Ice to the small screen; where the kingdom of one of the oldest houses in this medieval dark fantasy universe will be shown, that of the Targaryen family.

Ever since “The Dragon House” was announced, it has been thought that it would be possible for some characters from “Game of Thrones” They were part of its main cast or at least would have appeared in its history, as it is a spin off of the successful HBO series. Princess Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) was one of those who should have participated in the prequel, but unfortunately, that’s not the case.

Neither Princess Daenerys nor no “Game of Thrones” characters appear in “House of the Dragon” because the spin off is set 300 years before everything that happened in GOT. Biologically and temporally, it is impossible for some of the original series roles to even appear in the House of the Dragon spin-off as the Targaryens were known.

Despite this, the main cast of ‘The House of the Dragon’: some of the actors and actresses that compose it already have careers in the film and television industry, but others have very short careers and are just starting out in the acting world, but have managed to captivate the eyes of the creators of this series to make them part of the main cast.

The main cast that brings “House of the Dragon” to life.

The story of the “House of the Dragon” focuses on showing the reign of the Targaryen family, also known as the House of the Dragon, 300 years before all that was experienced in GOT. The main plot is about Rhaenyra Targaryen being worthy of being queen as a legitimate heir to the Iron Throne as she is the king’s eldest daughter and because Emma D’Arcy plays her, she is the main actress in this story.

However, Emma D’Arcy isn’t the only one taking the spotlight during all of this Prequel to “Game of Thrones”.. In fact, there are about five key characters that give meaning to the story of the “House of the Dragon”, some playing members of the Targaryen family and another, ally or enemy of that house, who is the one who has the power of the Kingdom.
