Lauren Ambrose (Six feet below, servant) joined the second season of the hit Showtime series Yellow jackets like a regular series.
Ambrose will play the adult version of Vanessa Palmer, who was played as a teenager in the first season Liv Hewson. Vanessa has been romantically involved with Taissa, who was played as a teenager by Savoy Brown Jasmine and as an adult from Cypress Brown in the first season.
The first season of Yellow jackets it was fantastic and was nominated for seven Emmy Awards, including Best Drama Series, Best Actress in a Leading Role Melanie Lynskey and Best Supporting Actress for Cristina Ricci.
In the story, “highly talented high school girls’ soccer players descend into savage clans after their plane crashes in the remote northern wilderness. Twenty-five years later, they discover that what started in nature is anything but. that finished “.
The story of the series goes back and forth between two periods: one, the aftermath of a plane crash, when members of a women’s soccer team have to fend for themselves; the other, in their adult life, as they deal with the trauma of that experience in very different ways.
The series was created by Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson and Ambrose will be a wonderful addition to the cast.
