Last weekend was Crunchyroll Expo 2022. During Saturday’s Industry Panel, the team unveiled a series of announcements regarding new titles making their way to the anime streaming service. Some highlights include the second season of Tower of God, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, and more. Below I have the list of new stock acquisitions announced during the panel. What are you excited to watch?
Tower of God 2nd season
The long-awaited second season of the hit anime series Tower of God, based on SIU’s WEBTOON webcomic, is headed to Crunchyroll. The sensationally beloved series of the same name originating on WEBTOON – the largest digital comic platform in the world hosting 82 million monthly users – where it has over 4.8 billion views online, will also debut with its first volume of the next edition of graphic. novel from WEBTOON Unscrolled on November 22nd. The second season of the dark fantasy series will follow Bam as he continues his journey through the mysterious tower. A new summary trailer and key visual have also been shared in anticipation of the upcoming anime sequel. SIU also shared the following message:

My sister killed in one shot
Based on the web novel and manga Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san: Ane Dо̄han no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita, written by Konoe, the anime adaptation, titled My One-Hit Kill Sister, is directed at Crunchyroll.

Silver Link’s long-awaited sequel to Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World is coming to Crunchyroll. A summary trailer from the first season was shared during the panel with the English voice actors along with a new video teaser. A message from season two director Yasfumi Soejima was also shared:

Coming this fall to Crunchyroll, from Maho Film and directed by Kumiko Habara, the anime adaptation of I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss, based on the series written by Sarasa Nagase, follows Aileen Lauren Dautriche who he remembers previous life and discovers he is in an otome game called “Regalia of Saints, Demons, and Maidens”, in which it is the villain who gets in the way of the main character’s love story. But Aileen, knowing the outcome of the game, has other plans for her fate.
