
Laura San Giacomo (Pretty Woman, shoot me) joined the cast of the upcoming Disney + sequel series, I Santa Claus. The actress “will play La Befana, a Christmas witch of Italian folklore who delivered sweets to good children on the morning of the epiphany. She now she resides in the shaky woods of the North Pole.
St. James reunites with Jack Burditt, executive producer and showrunner of the Disney comedy + star Tim Allen. San Giacomo worked with Burditt Shoot me.
In the Disney + series, “Scott Calvin (Allen) is on the verge of his 65th birthday and realizes he can’t be Santa forever. He suddenly he is starting to lose his Santa magic and, more importantly, he has a family that could benefit from a life in the normal world, especially his two children who grew up in the North Pole. With plenty of elves, children and family to please, Scott sets out to find a suitable replacement for Santa as he prepares his family for a new adventure in a life south of the pole.
It was recently announced that David Krumholtz he will reprise his beloved role of Bernard the elf. The series will also star Elizabeth Mitchell like Carol / Mrs. Claus, Elizabeth Allen Dick like Sandra, Devin Bright like Noel, Austin Kane like Cal, Matilde Lawler like Betty, Red Rupali like Grace and Kal Penn like Simon Choski.
