Director Jeff Nichols (Mud, sheltered, midnight special) is preparing to shoot his next film project, Motorcyclistsand the cast of the film has been announced. Jodie Comer (Free boy), Austin Butler (Elvis) And Tom Hardy (Poison) are intended to star in the film.
The film is a fictional story inspired by Danny Lyon’s photography and his 1967 book Motorcyclists. The story is set in the 1960s “following the rise of a fictional Midwestern motorcycle club. Seen through the lives of its members, the club evolves over the course of a decade from a hangout for local strangers to a more left, threatening the unique lifestyle of the original group. “
Nichols is a talented director and this will be an interesting project for him. I have no doubt that he will make another great movie, especially with the talented cast he has brought on board.
The film is set in New Regency and will start shooting in October.
