The popular deck building game Star kingdoms launched a Kickstarter for its latest expansion: Rise of the empire. This will be the first legacy game in the game and they did it well. It will be played over 12 games, and although it starts with 2 players, it will eventually become a game for 2-6 players. Not only that, it will eventually be fully compatible with all other Star Realms sets.
Not convinced? How about including an infinite replay kit that will contain 180 cards with everything you need to replay the campaign as many times as you like as it doesn’t use stickers. This is the most impressive part for me, I like legacy games but their replayability is almost always non-existent, but this has already solved the problem.
The Kickstarter has tons of exclusive promo cards and hero cards, so check it out to see all the goodies you can get. They’ve already exceeded the original goal amount, so be sure to visit before the campaign ends August 11, 2022 if you’re interested in this new legacy game.
