During Star Trek: Strange New Worlds panel at Comic-Con, it was announced that there will be a major crossover in the second season with the animated comedy series Star Trek: Lower Decks!
This was funny news as well Star Trek: Lower Decks stars Tawny Newsome And Jack Quaid crashed the Strange new worlds panel to announce that they will play live-action versions of their animated characters Ensign Beckett Mariner and Ensign Brad Boimler.
This crossover episode will be directed by Star Trek: The Next Generation veterinarian Jonathan Frakes.
The co-showrunner said the executive producer Henry Alonso Myers shared that the idea for the crossover was triggered by the writer David Reedwho also writes on Prime Video The boys.
