Fans were quite disappointed to hear that DC wouldn’t have a presence this year at San Diego Comic-Con, but even if the studio itself won’t bring a series of films, Dwayne Johnson confirmed that a Black Adam The jury will head to the coveted stage in Hall H on Saturday 23 July.
Johnson plays the title character in the film, which he has been developing for a decade. He is the protagonist of slongside Pierce Brosnan like Doctor Fate, Noah Centineo like splitting atoms, Aldis Hodge like Hawkman, e Quintess Swindell like Cyclone.
In the story, “Nearly 5,000 years after being bestowed with the almighty powers of the Egyptian gods and imprisoned just as quickly, Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly grave, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.”
Check out Johnson’s own post below and stay tuned for the Black Adam panel time slot as we get closer to SDCC!
