Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne finally face the theory that ANT-MAN should have flown over Thanos’ butt

One of the best things to get out of Avengers: Infinity War And End of the game saga was the theory that Scott Lang aka Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) was supposed to shrink to the size of an ant, fly up Thanos’ butt, then expand again to super size, blowing up the villain. It’s a hilarious and disgusting theory that has stayed around because it makes a lot of sense! We’ve seen Ant-Man do it without Thanos. It looks like it could have worked. So I wonder what Dr. Strange saw when that possibility crossed his mind …

Anyway, Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne, aka The Wasp (Evangeline Lilli), addresses this theory in a video inside the Avengers: Quantum Encounter attraction on the Disney Wish cruise ship, with Rudd’s Lang saying:

“Let me talk to the elephant in the room. I heard a lot of chatter out there asking me why I didn’t shrink, walked in and, uh, killed Thanos in a really creative way. First off, disgusting. Second, it’s much more complicated than that. Let me explain- ”

Lilly’s Hope van Dyne then cuts him off. After all, she is an attraction for children. It’s pretty funny that this fan theory has come all the way back to these characters! Watch the video below and enjoy.
