GOSSIP GIRL Season 2 Teaser Confirms Return of Michelle Trachtenberg Character Georgina Sparks

A new teaser trailer has been released for the upcoming second season of the HBO Max reboot Gossip Girl. The teaser is very short, but it serves the purpose of revealing a returning star from the original series. In the clip, we see a woman sitting on the balcony of a theater, clapping, and the writing on the screen says: “It only takes a spark … to start a fire”, and the Tweet title continues: “And I have a feeling. that this city is about to burn.

This immediately alerts fans of the original series, confirming the return of the evil character Georgina Sparks, played by Michelle Trachtenberg. The showrunner of the series Joshua Safran confirmed the news in a tweet, stating that “The cat escaped the bag – thank Jesus!”
