The countdown to Halloween has started, but horror fans only have to wait a little more for something really twisted. V/h/s/Halloween It is almost here, and the final trailer has just fallen, giving us a taste and chronobord of what is coming when the Foot-Frootage Franchising preferred by the cult returns with its latest anthology.
This time, the V/h/s The crew is becoming seasonal with a Halloween themed range of stories soaked in blood that promise to transform the night of the sweet or stretch into a complete survival horror experience.
The official synopsis maintains simple but sinister things: “A collection of Halloween themed videotapes unleashes a series of twisted and wet stories of blood, transforming sweet or trick into a struggle for survival”.
V/h/s/Halloween He is preparing six shorts from a gender talent killer range. We have “Diet Phantasma” from Bryan M. Ferguson”Funny dimensions” from Casper Kelly (Star Trek: very short trek), “Home Haunt” by Micheline Pitt-Norman AND Rh Norman”Kidprint” from Alex Ross Perry (His smell), “Ut supra sic infra” (“as above, so below”) of Paco Plaza (Recreate) and “Coochie Coochie Coo” by Anna Zlokovic (Appendix).
THE V/h/s The franchising has always thrived on unpredictability, using its format on the foot found to bounce between the terror of the old school video camera and the nightmares of modern technology.
This new episode seems to lean on the best of both worlds, offering supernatural shocks and twisted images that feel at home during the Halloween season.
And the critics who have had an early appearance are already singing his praises. Brian Tallerico of Rogebertibert.com called him “one of the best voices in the series, with a sense of humor and ironic-Bloody-Wek will to go beyond the perceived decoration. Keep your horror high. We take the mud.”
In the meantime, Slash’s Ryan Scott’s film described it as “the most fun and dark entry ever. It is an absolute delight to see this particular franchise tackling Halloween in this way. An extraordinarily satisfactory and rapid moment”.
The movie seems to offer another Horror Film V/H/s Fun! V/h/s/Halloween Premiere on shivering on October 3rd.
