Fantastic trailer of the red band for Mortal Kombat II Porta Johnny Cage at the tournament

Warner Bros. dropped the first trailer for Mortal Kombat IIAnd this time, all eyes are turned on Karl UrbanJohnny Cage. The favorite cinema star by fans transformed into tournament is at the center of the scene and the video makes fun of a sequel that is going bigger, more bloody and much more brutal than before. This movie looks great!

The adaptation of 2021 introduced an original character, Cole Young, but the sequel seems ready to embrace the heart of the franchise with the tournament itself.

“They keep the score during the film,” he said And boon, Mortal Kombat co-creator, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. “There is a visual representation of those who are winning … it is not just a tournament for the good of a tournament. There are enormous consequences, so you are really keeping the score. And there are many twists and turns that keep you on tiptoe.”

Back from the first movie are Lewis Tan Like Cole Young, Hiroyuki Sanada as scorpion, Joe Taslim as a sub-zero, Jessica McNamee Like Sonya Blade, Ludi Lin Like Liu Kang, Mehcad Brooks like Jax, e Tatanobu Asano Like Raiden.

Surprisingly, Kano (Josh Lawson) and Kung Lao (Max Huang) They also returned, despite their deaths in the previous film. I guess they pumped more quarters in the car to go on. The sequel should explore the concept of Revenants, unsuccessful versions of the fallen fighters, who should help explain these mysterious returns.

The new characters who make their debut include Adeline Rudolph Like Kitana, Martyn Ford Like Shao Kahn and, of course, Johnny Cage, played by Karl Urban.

Unlike the first film, focused on Cole Young, this voice seems to be heavily leaning on the personality and the arch of the history of Cage. Its arrogant charm and the swagger action hero could bring a completely different energy to the sequel and the fans will be anxious to see how it goes.

Mortal Kombat II It will make cinema arrive on October 24, promising a funny film full of action, family faces, new warriors and fatal accidents for the bones for which the franchise is known. Based on this first look, the sequel could simply offer an impeccable victory and I didn’t like the first movie!
