Autonomic: The Indie Mech Game that exceeded $ 500k after and Scraps Titanfall Project

In the relapse of the recent wave of layoffs of EA and the cancellation of his new Titanfall Shooting, Mayhem fans powered by Mech were left with a hole of mech size in their hearts.

But while the Big Studios foiled, an independent developer has quietly launched something that is now capturing the attention of players all over the world.

Enter AutonomicA wildly ambitiously ambitious Open World game of Crytiva. The team launched a kickstarter campaign with a modest goal of $ 170,000, but after a viral X post that said brazenly: “No new CAFTARA? Well. We built our” It took us only 24 hours for that campaign to climb over $ 500,000.

That now viral post was accompanied by game movies showing players who jump in various towering mechs, some with bunny ears, because of course they do it. The Titanfall -style crossbar immediately attracted the attention of the community still in mourning for EA’s decision and timing could not have been more perfect.

But if you expect Autonomic To be a true Titanfall Clone, you surprise yourself. The atmosphere of the game is less “gritty future war” and more “solar energy techno-uchno”.

Crytivo describes it as an Open World survival game with agriculture, automation and life mechanics set in a welcoming solarpunk world. It has a slower pace, but a ton of depth.

“We are creating a world designed around exploiting clean energy, from welcoming farms to mega-phactory with solar energy. Each task, such as watering crops, the collection of resources or production lines, can be performed manually if you like to remain practical.”

The developers added that automation begins when players want it, allowing them to simplify routine activities and focus on exploration, construction and formation of the world:

“Create organic crops, produce synthetic products and constantly expand the agricultural operation.”

That agricultural operation can be anything, from the silent greenhouse to a temptular mech power factory. But this is only the beginning. Autonomic Promises a buffet of gameplay options: construction of relationships, over 100 types of crops, mech crossing, ghost hunting, dynamic time, multiplayer and even time travel.

Alpha Access is scheduled for September 2025, with a beta to follow in 2026 and a complete version that aims for October of that year. If Crytivo can also deliver half of what is promising, Autonomic It could be a really interesting and fun game to play.
