Jeremy Renner explains why he moved away from the mission: Impossible franchise

When the conversation turned to his exit from Mission: ImpossibleRenner did not hesitate to explain his decision:

In 2010, there were great projects for Renner. After Ghost protocolIt was positioned to potentially take the franchise. The character of William Brandt was a solid addition to the team and the fans were curious to see where it could go.

But when the time has come to continue the espionage saga of the globe, Renner has chosen to stay on the ground. He continued to share:

“I love Tom, I love making those films, they are so funny. But I’m not there. I really had to be a dad. They are still shooting seven and eight right now. I just talked to one of the acrobatic guys, it took five years. I am like” I have to be a dad, I can’t go to do it “.

That type of commitment, turning and on through the decade, would have brought anyone away from home for a long stretch, and Renner was not willing to exchange that time with his daughter for more time on the set.
