Apple TV+ has officially renewed The study For a second season, in view of the final of the first season aired on May 21. This is one of my favorite programs to look right now! I love it.
The acute, satirical and Ilared comedy was co-creating by Seth Rogen AND Evan GoldbergWith Rogen played by Matt Remick, the new head of continental studies. The show digs in the absurdity of the film industry while Remick tries to survive the ego, chaos and artistic claims that derive from doing everything, from prestigious dramas to Tentpole successes as a Kool-Aid Man film.
In a statement Rogen and Goldberg said: “We can’t wait to experience the first season experience and put it immediately in the second season, then repeat that loop for another ten seasons”.
Created by Rogen, Goldberg, Frida Perez, Peter HuyckAND Alex GregoryThe show boasts a cast of stellar ensemble. Bryan Cranston Play Giffin Mill, Remick’s intimidating. Catherine O’Hara Patty Leigh, former head of the studio transformed into producer sounds. Ike barinholtz He plays Sal Sa Saarrstein, a Golden globe transformed into a manager. AND Kathryn Hahn He takes on the role of Maya Mason, the marketing chief without frills. To complete the normal cast is Chase on wonder As Queen of the Giunior Hackett.
The first season was a cameo and a meta-nods in the sector. Martin Scorsese, Charlize Theron, Sarah Polley, Greta Lee, Anthony Mackie, Dave Franco, Ron Howard, Olivia Wilde, Zac EfronAND Ice cube Everyone introduces themselves to play alone. Also the CEO of Netflix Ted Sarandos Makes its appearance.
Throughout the season, Remick juggles in the chaos to try Greenlight a Spike jonze satire, a Smile-The style horror film entitled Wink, a love story directed by Sarah Polley and a Ron Howard project, also managing the pure oddity of transforming a corporate mascot like The Kool-Aid Man into an icon of the film.
Apple’s programming head Matt Cherniss He shared his excitement: “Seth, Evan, the entire creative team and the cast of the study threw it out of the park with this brilliant show, and it was incredible to see the conversation grow with each new episode.
“We can’t wait to see where Matt Remick brings continental studies in the second season and we hope for his good that Kool-Aid’s film crushes herself to the box office.”
Rogen and Goldberg added: “We are excited to keep all our friends in the sector and colleagues to guess when one of their personal stories will pour on Apple TV+”.
It’s nice to hear that we are getting a second season and I am excited to see what kind of Hollywood chaos will be launched!
