Robert Pattinson says he is “too sensitive” to watch more horror films and one made him take two knives in bed

Actor Robert Pattinson He says he is too sensitive to watch horror movies these days. The actor sat with his Mickey Mouse 17 director Bong Joon Ho For a chat on the films through GQ and when they went up to the theme of Serial Killer films (just around 16 minutes), Pattinson reflected that he was not so afraid of the films frightening as a child. He explained:

“I looked at a lot of dark things when I was younger and I thought, ‘Yes, it’s nice.’ And now I’m too sensitive. [movies]. I can’t watch horror movies anymore. “

He continued to remember: “I had very frightened. I had to make a meeting with [a] Director, and had made this horror movie, and I looked at it and continued to think that someone was bursting in my house.

“And so I was sitting on my sofa with two kitchen knives, waiting for the person to enter. And then I fell asleep basically in my neck on the sofa. It was probably a squirrel.”

Strangely, I had the same identical experience with frightening films. They simply did not bother me as a teenager, but as an adult I am really more anxious and my sleep is really interrupted by something too graphic or obsessive.

I think many of us become a little more sensitive as we age, perhaps to relate more with people or become parents who have a lot of responsibility for others. Who knows the exact cause, but this is my theory. Was this the case for you?

Pattinson can be seen in Bong Joon Ho’s Mickey Mouse 17Now in cinemas. Subsequently it will be seen in the dark comedy Die, my loveIn front of Jennifer Lawrence; And he is preparing to appear in Christopher Nolan The odysseyas well as the sequel of Matt Reeves Part II of Batmanwhere he will return to play Bruce Wayne/Batman.
