Cinemacon was in full effect last week and there was a lot of news about cinema. This simply seemed to escape to the universe under our nose. Bloody Disgusting has released some new images from the long -awaited sequel 28 years later.
There is really not much information that you can derive from these, apart from the fact that they are new and new is fun. The images show Jamie (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and who we presume to be his son Spike (Alfie Williams) while they leave the relative safety of their island to cross the mainland for something. As I said, not much information is provided, but I am still excited.
The synopsis of the film reads: “Almost three decades have passed since the Rage virus escaped a laboratory of biological weapons and now, still in a forced quaranenda explained, some have found a way to exist in the middle of the infected.
“One of these groups of survivors lives on a small island connected to the mainland by a single highly defense -raised road. When one of the group leaves the island on a mission in the dark heart of the mainland, discovers secrets, wonders and horrors that have changed not only the infected but other survivors.
