Vincent D’Onofrio says that bringing Wilson Fisk to the big screen in the MCU is “a very difficult thing to do”

If you hoped to see Vincent d’OnofrioKingpin face himself against Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in the next Marvel film, don’t hold back his breath. According to D’Onofrio himself, the chances are not fantastic.

“The only thing I know is not positive. It is a very difficult thing to do, for Marvel to use my character. It is a very difficult thing to do, because of the property and of the genre,” he explained during a recent appearance on the Podcast Happy Sad confused when he was asked about the plans to appear in an MCU movie Spider-Man 4.

He added: “At this moment, they can only be used for the television series. Different series types, whatever it is, but not even a one -off FISK film or something, is all involved in rights and things. I don’t know when it would have worked, or if it would ever work at all, in reality.”

Fans love the version of Wilson Fisk of D’Onofrio, who made his debut on Netflix DaredevilAnd since then it has entered the wider MCU through Disney+ like Hawk eye, Echoand now Daredevil: born again.

With Spider-Man 4now officially entitled Spider-Man: New dayalong the way, there have been many speculations on potential crossover, especially after Charlie CoxDaredevil appeared No way home.
