Marvel and Sony gave a slight push to projected Spider-Man 4 Exit date, which had been scheduled for July 24, 2026. The release of the film has been delayed by only one week and should now hit our screens on July 31, 2026.
This will mean that the film will most likely not come out during the San Diego Comic-Con, which often has a Marvel film coinciding with the week. There may still be filmed or even a screening involved, but we will only have to wait and see.
Until recently, the project was still described as an “Avengers level event”, but now it seems that the focus has moved to a new version of Peter Parker’s trip.
Marvel and Sony are apparently using this film as an opportunity to reshape the franchise, since these films have always been well accepted and the latest film has remained Tom HollandPeter with a crossroads.
Although it is not known not too much Spider-Man 4Holland revealed some of the film last week. In a recent round of visits to various talk shows, Holland said it will be “different” from what fans might think.
Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings) is set to direct Spider-Man 4Taking the place of Jon Watts, who led the first three “Home” films by Spider-Man led by Holland. The script was written by Chris McKenna AND Erik Sommerswho wrote the first three films.
So far, fans can expect the following Marvel slate:
-

-
The Fantastic Four: First Steps – 25 July 2025
-
Avengers: Doomsday – May 1, 2026
