Supernatural star Jared Padalecki is re-test with the Walker executive manufacturer and showrunner Anna Fricke For a new project of the dramatic series for CBS.
The series is a medical drama set in Texas and Padalecki will play a doctor. It is explained that “unlike most medical dramas, which take place at Big, Urban Hospital, the Fricke/Padalecki project highlights rural medicine, which is rarely seen on TV.”
The story focuses on “a devoted countryside doctorate (Padalecki) who practices his unique style of improvised medicine together with his new protégé, a young doctor who runs from his past, while managing a mobile clinic and heal bodies and souls .
Padalecki will also act as an executive producer of the series together with Fricke and Laura Terry. Padalecki also has other projects being developed at the CBS Studios with its first agreement.
