Rivals of wonder has exploded in popularity since it launched last month. The game features a host of Marvel heroes and villains and is so fun to play! I wish I had more time to play!
We have a new trailer to share with you that showcases a new game mode to celebrate the Spring Festival, giving players a way to celebrate the Chinese event.
The Clash of Dancing Lions Spring Festival game mode features similar gameplay to Overwatch’s Rocket League and LucioBall. Teams are made up of three players and players can choose between Iron Fist, Starlord and Black Widow.
Players must work together to carry a Spring Festival-themed ball to the opposite side of the court and score. Each player can use their character’s abilities to try to score a goal while protecting their own.
In Rivals of wonder“The ruthless clash between the tyrannical dictator Doctor Doom and his future counterpart from the year 2099 has forced countless universes to collide in the Timestream Entanglement, creating new worlds and unknown crises.
“Now, superheroes and villains from across the multiverse must fight together and against each other as disparate groups seek to defeat both Dooms before achieving domination of these realities. Familiar faces become new enemies as former enemies become the greatest allies in Marvel Rivals!”
In the game, you can fight as your favorite superheroes and villains in unique worlds in the Marvel Multiverse. Players can create new ways to play with all-new, iconic team abilities.
You can engage in heroic, fast-paced 6×6 combat. You can also remodel famous Marvel locations with dynamic environmental destruction.
The event is scheduled to begin on January 23 at 1:00 am PST. No word was given on how long the event would last.
