Marvel Producer Brad Winderbaum concluded the studio’s animated series What if…?and looks forward to other projects on the horizon. One character she is excited about the future of is Ms. Marvel.
Iman Vellani she first appeared as Kamala Khan in her Disney+ limited series of the same name, Ms. Marvel. He continued to collaborate with Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), and Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) In The Wonders. While we don’t know what the rest of his journey will entail, Winderbaum teases that it’s “top of mind.”
During an interview with THR, Winderbaum said:
“I love Iman. It’s incredible. I love that character. I will tell you that for me she is definitely an important part of the MCU. Ms. Marvel It’s a really important show for us, and without going into details, because I don’t want to spoil anything, she’s number one. So it will be exciting to see where he appears next.”
The last time we saw Kamala was at the end of The Wonderswhen he recruited HawkeyeIt’s Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld) to the Young Avengers.
Hopefully the story takes off and we get to see Kate and Kamala kick ass along with other young members of the Earth Protectors. Meanwhile, Ms. Marvel will appear in an episode of Marvel Zombieswhich will arrive on Disney+ next October.
