The footage also shows Circe giving Amanda Waller a glimpse into the future of the DCU… and, like a previously released promo, we see a lot of dead superheroes.
Superman, Mister Terrific, Hawkgirl, Starfire and Robin are shown. It also offers our first glimpse of the DCU’s Wonder Woman. She’s dead, like the rest of the other heroes shown, but it’s a first look!
The series “tracks a secret team of incarcerated monsters recruited for missions deemed too dangerous for humans. When all else fails… they are your last, worst option.”
The team in the series consists of a human, a werewolf, a vampire, Frankenstein’s monster and a gorgon. The voice cast includes Davide Porto as Eric Frankenstein, Sean Gunn as Weasel and GI Robot, Franco Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Maria Bakalova in the role of Princess Ilana Rostovic, Indira Varma in the role of the Bride, Zoe Chao as Nina Mazursky, Alan Tudyk as Dr. Phosphorus, with Steve Agee reprising his role as John Economos from Peacemaker.
