Well Go USA has released a trailer for an upcoming Chinese historical fantasy action film titled A legendthat he sees Jackie Chan playing an archaeologist.
In the story, “While investigating the history of a newly discovered ancient artifact, a famous archaeologist (Chan) unwittingly establishes a mystical connection with a heroic Han Dynasty general, blurring the lines between past and present just as the general prepares to declare war against the brutal army of the Huns.”
It looks like it could be a fun movie and was directed by Stanley Tong, who previously worked on the two Supercop movies made in the 90s.
The film also serves as a sequel to The myth AND Kung Fu Yoga. The film is also the protagonist Lay Zhang, Gülnezer Bextiyar, Li Chen, Aarif RahmanAND Xiao Ran Peng.
A Legend will be released in select theaters starting January 21, 2025.
