NBC has released the first teaser trailer for their highly anticipated spin-off series Dresses: LAwhich will pick up where the lawyer drama takes place Clothes left out.
The first series followed a highly respected and powerful New York law firm and its employees, while LA follows a new group led by Ted Black (Stefano Amell), a former federal prosecutor from New York who reinvented himself in Los Angeles after joining forces with his old friend Stuart Lane (Josh McDermitt) fifteen years ago.
Their firm specializes in criminal and entertainment law, but is now facing a crisis point. The narrative promises to slowly reveal the events that led Ted to leave everything and everyone he loved to start over.
The series is also the protagonist Lex Scott Davis, Bryan GreenbergAND Troy Winbushand it was also recently revealed that the star of the original series Gabriele Macht he will return to the spin-off for a few episodes to reprise his role as Harvey Specter.
The teaser is just a quick first look at the new show’s aesthetic, but it pays homage to the closely tied original with the familiar opening song, I’m Robot “Greenback Boogie.”
