The first trailer for James Gunn’s SUPERMAN arrives in December

According to a new report from Collider, we won’t have to wait much longer for the first trailer James Gunn’S Superman. They say it could be released online in mid-December.

I hope that’s true because I’m really curious about this movie and I need to see what Gunn’s vision of Superman will be like! All we could draw from were a few photos from the set and the official image David Corenswetnonchalantly wearing his Superman boots.

Frank Grillo recently spoke about his experience watching the trailer saying, “I got a sneak peek at a little bit of the trailer, and I’m not kidding, and I’m not exaggerating, my skin was hot and I had goosebumps. That’s how much It’s fantastic.”

Grillo then praised the new Man of Steel actor, saying, “By the way, this guy, David [Corenswet]he will become a superstar. A superstar. He’s great, as are the rest of the film’s cast, and it’s very much James’ point of view. I think it will be the movie.”

Superman will tell the story of “Superman’s journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas.

“He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as old-fashioned.”

“It’s set in a world very different from ours and very far from the DCEU. Heroes have been around for centuries and we’ll see how that has influenced the history of this world and shaped the DCU.”

Superman stars Rachel Brosnahan lead to Superman and Lois Lane, Nicola Hoult as Lex Luthor; Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern; Isabela Mercede as Hawkgirl; Edi Gathegi as Michael Holt/Mr. Terrific; Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen; María Gabriela de Faría in the role of Angela Spica, aka The Engineer; Sara Sampaioas Eva Teschmacher; AND Terence Rosemore as Otis.

Superman will launch the cinematic portion of DC Studios’ Gods and Monsters: Part 1. The theatrical release is scheduled for July 11, 2025.
