Jessica Chastain, Brendan FraserAND Bryan Cranston they joined Al Pacino in the director Barry Levisonthe JFK mystery thriller Murder.
The film will offer a new take on the JFK conspiracy, “centering on Dorothy Kilgallen (Chastain), one of the most famous media voices of the time.
“When Dorothy suspects that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone, she uses her fame and influence to find JFK’s real killer.
“Part detective story, part film noir, Kilgallen’s journey will pit her against the CIA, mob bosses and the FBI – all those who would like nothing more than to make her and this story disappear.”
Levinson said in a statement: “Dorothy Kilgallen was America’s first crime reporter. She was the only woman to handle the JFK case.
«The only journalist who spoke to Jack Ruby. With secondary sources at the Warren Commission, he began putting together pieces that no one else had done. She died under very suspicious circumstances, but the matter was never investigated.”
Producer Jason Sosnoff added: “We love the idea of exploring this topic through Dorothy’s perspective. She was relentless and courageous in her pursuit of the truth, and this film is as much her story as it is the discovery of what happened that day in Dallas.
“It’s really exciting to see Jessica, Brendan and Bryan join Pacino in bringing Barry’s vision to life.”

It sounds like an intriguing story and I wasn’t aware of it until now. Levinson wrote the screenplay with David Mamet Levinson AND Sam Bromelland production will begin in early 2025 in Boston, MA.
