It seems like Marvel Studios was trying to include him Tom Hallandthere’s Spider-Man/Peter Parker Daredevil: Born Again. Unfortunately, Sony Pictures reportedly wouldn’t allow this.
According to a report from scooper @MyTimeToShineH, Marvel Studios attempted to include Spider-Man Daredevil: Born Againbut Sony said no. Regardless, Spider-Man will be mentioned in the series.
It is also explained that Spider-Man can only be used by Marvel as a member of the Avengers team. So, in the future, it looks like we’ll see Spidey appear Avengers: Judgment Day AND Avengers: Secret Wars.
As for Spider-Man 4, Daniel Richtman reports that the film will begin filming in the UK on May 25, 2025. Filming will then wrap in October, and Holland will film his role in the film. Avengers: Judgment Day at the beginning of the year.
Holland previously spoke about wanting to see Spider-Man and Daredevil team up, saying: “Working with Charlie was incredibly exciting. I was a huge fan of the Daredevil series and I think he’s a fantastic actor.
“He did a wonderful job with that character, and even though it was a small cameo, it obviously hinted at the future of what could be. It was a real actors’ comedy, that scene.
“We blocked the scene, which was essentially us sitting there, and read the lines. It was fantastic. It felt like an actor’s workshop working with people I really admire, and Charlie was a lot of fun.
“It was really nice to see him come back as a character that I’m really a fan of and obviously have a lot of love for. So it was really cool, and I hope that one day we find a way to have Spider-Man and Daredevil team up again.”
So while we won’t see Spider-Man and Daredevil reunite Born againthere are plans to continue using it in the MCU with the Avengers films.
