The first trailer for the crazy looking new film has been revealed Mr. Kwhich has as protagonists Crispin GloverIt’s always interesting to see the projects Glover gets involved with, and this one looks really crazy!
In the film, Glover plays a traveling magician who finds himself stuck in a hotel full of unusual guests with no way out. He is said to give “one of the richest performances of his long and continually surprising career.”
The ordeal for the hapless protagonist of Mr. K begins “when he checks into a once-stately hotel. The next morning, Mr. K is understandably confused by his inability to find his way out.
“On the other hand, the magician doesn’t have much time to search for it due to the demands placed on him by the other inhabitants of the hotel, a colorful gallery that includes a rather intimidating company of musicians, a team of busy kitchen workers and a very elegant elderly guest played by the great Fionnula Flanagan.
It is explained that “though Glover’s Mr. K expresses admirable patience and fortitude in the face of many curveballs, he inevitably begins to crumble. In contrast, Schwab becomes increasingly exacting in his control of the film’s unabashedly idiosyncratic tone.

The film comes from the director Tallulah and the rest of the cast includes My life is beautiful, Fionnula Flanagan, by Bjorn Sundquist, Dear Bhla Molloy, Barbara Sarafian, Jan Gunnar Roise, Esmee van KampenAND My Friend Sam Louwyck.
The film will be released in the Netherlands in January 2025, but there are no other release dates yet.
