Luke Haas (Lady in White, Inception) He joined Nicola’s Cage in MGM+ and Prime Video live-action series Spider Noir which is based on Marvel Comics’ Spider-Man Noir.
Other recently announced cast members include British, Cary Christopher, Michael Kostroff, Scott MacArthur, Joe Massingill, Whitney Rice AND Amanda SchullNo details about their characters have been revealed.
Previous cast members are Lamorne Morris, Brendan Gleeson, Abraham PopoolaAND Li Jun Li.
When the series was first announced, we learned that it would follow an “aging, down-on-his-luck private investigator (Cage) in 1930s New York City, forced to confront his past life as the city’s only superhero.”
It was also reported that Spider-Noir will not be Peter Parker, but Ben Reilly. “Amazon Prime is ready to put a new spin on the Spider-Man saga with its next show. Breaking with tradition, this series will star Nicolas Cage as Ben Reilly, instead of the iconic Peter Parker.”
It was later revealed that Spider Noir will have to face Silvio Manfredi, known as Silvermane, and Yuri Watanabe, known as Wraith.
Another description of the series reads: “We follow Ben Reilly, a private investigator, as he stumbles down the rabbit hole of corruption in 1933 New York City, while uncovering his past as a superhero.
“Reilly investigates the death of Edward Addison, which leads him to discover that the mayor is up to no good involving crime boss Silvermane and femme fatale Yuri Watanabe.”
Spider Noir It is developed by Oren Uziel AND Steve Lightfootwho will also serve as co-showrunners and executive producers. They developed the series with the Inside the Spider-Man Universe team of Mr. Phil, Christopher MillerAND Amy Pascalall three will also serve as executive producers.
