Apple TV+ has released a spooky and hilarious new trailer for DreamWorks Animation’s animated horror adventure series Damn! The story is about a cursed family that goes on a journey to break the curse. I like this kind of story, so I can’t wait to watch it.
The series follows Pandora, Russ and Sky Vanderhouven, “a family cursed by their ancestors’ plundering of ancient artifacts from around the world, during which their father, Alex, was turned to stone.
“After breaking the curse in an unforgettable adventure, season two picks up with Alex reunited with his family as they continue to work to repair the damage caused by their greedy ancestors.
“But when something about Alex seems amiss, the family must band together to solve the mysteries that surround them, both on the road and within the walls of Briarstone Manor.”
The new animated series also features an impressive voice cast, including Gabrielle Nevaeh (Tall monster) like “Pandora,” Andre Robinson (The House of Noises) like “Russ”, Lewis Text (Waffles + Mochi) like “Heaven”, Answers (Vice President) like “Alex”, Dr. Rhys Darby (Our flag means death) like “Stanley”, James Mars (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) like “Larry”, Rhea Perlman (Greetings) like “Margie”, Phylicia Rashad (A bunch of grapes in the sun) like “Georgia Snitker”, and Roberto Englund (A Nightmare Deep in Elm Street) like “Cornelius”.
Damn! was created and executive produced by Mr. Cooper (Dragons) AND Jeff Dixon (The Hurricane Robbery). John Krasinski (A Quiet Place” Parts I and II) is also an executive producer. He is supported by the producers Allyson Seeger (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan), Leo Riley (Guardians of the Galaxy, Tron: Uprising) and more.
Don’t miss the 10-episode series, which debuts just in time for Halloween on October 27.
