Trailer for Peacock’s True Crime Docuseries THE WORLD’S MOST NOTORIOUS MURDERERS

For those who love crazy true crime stories, Peacock has a docuseries coming out that you’ll want to watch called The World’s Most Famous Assassins.

The series delves into and explores the chilling stories of five notorious international murder cases, with first-person accounts from people close to each case and those seeking justice.

Each episode will “re-examine a different case involving some of the world’s most infamous criminals and feature first-hand accounts from former detectives, family members, lawyers, forensic scientists and journalists, all committed to bringing these murders to justice.”

Stories examined in the series include:

101: THE MURDERS OF THE WEST – A missing girl’s case leads to a grisly discovery: a graveyard of bones beneath Fred and Rose West’s home in Gloucester, England, and several twisted family secrets.

102: THE VIENNA STRANGLER – A shocking series of deaths in Vienna, Austria is linked to the Los Angeles, California murders. Austrian celebrity Jack Unterweger is exposed as the world’s first transatlantic serial killer, who reported his murders and hid in plain sight the entire time.

103: THE MONSTER OF BELGIUM – Six Belgian girls mysteriously disappear at the hands of the “Monster”. But soon people begin to suspect that the infamous Belgian serial killer may be working for a powerful international pedophile ring.

104: THE MURDER BELOW – Lynette Dawson, a loving wife and mother, disappears from her Australian home in 1982; a few days later, her husband, Christopher Dawson, moves their teenage babysitter into their home. It will be 40 years before the case is finally solved.

105: THE SNAKE – Tourists in Southeast Asia are mysteriously murdered, and Charles Sobhraj confesses to the gruesome murders. Convicted murderer Sobhraj, now a free man, speaks out in an exclusive interview in the United States to reveal a shocking new story.
