Ryan Reynolds Shares New DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE Scene That Reveals Gambit Is Alive!

My name is Ryan Reynolds. recently shared an emotional new scene from Deadpool and Wolverine which reveals that My First Encounter with Channing TatumGambit survived the battle in the Void and even has a way out of the wasteland: an interdimensional portal can be seen opening in the reflection of his eyes.

This means the door is open for Tatum’s Gambit to return to his home universe or go wherever he wishes in the multiverse.

It’s not yet confirmed that Tatum’s Gambit will return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but this is a pretty strong sign that it’s a possibility!

Now, this isn’t a deleted scene, Reynolds explains that it’s actually in the film, he says, “A version of this sequence is in the film, playing on one of the monitors in the background at TVA.”

Tatum previously reflected on his time trying to get a Gambit movie off the ground, saying, “It was initially at Fox. I worked on it for about six years trying to get an independent film off the ground. [movie] happen.

“Then, right on the one-yard line, we were about to shoot the movie and then Fox got bought by Disney. Kevin Feigewho runs Marvel, I love him so much. He was literally like, ‘Look, I love Gambit, I just don’t know how to do it right now.

“I don’t know how this fits into what we’re doing, so I need a minute to figure it out.’ Now, we’ve kind of cracked a little code.”

When asked if he would still be willing to star in a Gambit solo film, Tatum said, “I would kill kittens to do that. [one].I would do a lot of terrible things to make that happen.”

Tatum went on to praise Ryan Reynolds for allowing his live-action version of Gambit to finally come to life in Deadpool and Wolverine.

“This industry is a really interesting thing. I can honestly say there isn’t a single person who is more of a class act and cares more than that man. He pulled Gambit out of the grave.

“It was nothing and it was nowhere. [Reynolds] It was like, ‘I want this for you, I want this in the movie and I want to see it.’ He made it all possible and I’m forever grateful to him.”

Tatum admitted that he still wants to make a standalone Gambit movie, adding, “I’ve been saying I want to do it for 10 years. It’s in the hands of Bob Iger and Kevin Feige. Pray to God.”

I think Marvel fans would welcome a standalone Gambit movie. It doesn’t even have to be connected to anything else in the MCU, it could just be a fun and cool Gambit movie on its own! Why not!?
