Netflix’s live action A piece The series has announced two new cast members for season two and I think fans will appreciate this casting.
actress (Married with Children, Sons of Anarchy) is set to take on the role of Dr. Kureha and Harelik Mark (Presumed innocent) will play Dr. Hiriluk.
There was a lot of excitement about the introduction of Dr. Kureha in season two and Jamie Lee Curtis was initially approached for the role and wanted to do it. Unfortunately, her schedule didn’t allow it.
In the end, though, it all worked out, because Sagal will be fantastic in the role! In fact, I’m more convinced of her in the role than Curtis is, so it all worked out for the best.

Kureha is an ally of the Straw Hat Pirates and is a doctor on Drum Island, where she is the leader of the Isshi-100. Hiriluk is a thief turned doctor on Drum Island.
Sagal and Harelik join previously announced cast members Dr. Brendan Sean Murray like Brogy, Dr Callum Kerr as a smoker, Camrus Johnson like Mr. 5, Clive Russell like Crocus, Daniel Lasker like Mr. 9, David Dastmalchian like Mr. 3, Jazzara Jaslyn like Miss Valentine, Julia Rehwald like Tashigi, Rob Colletti like Wapol, Guy Keogh like Dalton, and Werner Coetser like Dorry.
The stars are coming back Iñaki Godoy like Monkey D. Ruffy, Mackenyu like Zoro, Emily Rudd like Nami, James Romero like Usopp, Taz Skylar like Sanji, Ilia Isorelys Paulino like Alvida, Jeff Ward like Buggy, and Michael Dorman like Gold Roger.
In the series, “Monkey D. Luffy is a young adventurer who has always wanted a life of freedom. Luffy sets out from his small village on a dangerous journey to find the legendary treasure, One Piece, to become the Pirate King!
