Two Character Posters for TRANSFORMERS ONE – “Every Hero and Villain Has an Origin”

Two new posters have been released forTransformers Oneand introduce the two main characters of the story, Orion Pax and D-16, who eventually become Optimus Prime and Megatron.

The posters were shared on social media and accompanied by the caption: “Every hero and villain has an origin story.”

This film tells the “origin story of how the most iconic characters in the Transformers universe, Orion Pax and D-16, went from brothers in arms to sworn enemies, Optimus Prime and Megatron.”

The film has received high praise from those who have seen the completed film, but I don’t really see it in the trailers that have been released. The film seems too silly for me. The tone and the way the characters are portrayed don’t seem like the characters I know.

I recently saw some clips from the film at Comic-Con, and while I wanted to be excited about this movie, I just wasn’t.

The stars of the film Chris Hemsworth like Orion Pax / Optimus Prime, Brian Tyree Henry like D-16 / Megatron, Scarlett Johansson like Elita-1, and Keegan Michael’s Key like B-127 / Bumblebee.

Producer Lorenzo DiBonaventure previously said: “This is… the origin story of young Megatron and young Optimus. If you know the origin, they started out as friends, and over time things evolved for them and they ended up on two sides.

“So we’re telling the story of young Optimus and young Megatron. We’re really telling the origin story of all the Transformers, both who they started out as, and how they grow up, and how they go their separate ways.”

This will be the first of what Di Bonaventura calls a “natural trilogy” and will explore “Cybertron in a way that you’ve never seen, that no one’s ever seen before.”

Transformers One will hit theaters on September 20. Watch the latest trailer here.
