One of the most exciting things that happened at Marvel’s Comic-Con panel in Hall H was the entire segment that covered The fantastic Four.
President of Marvel Kevin Feige and the director of the film, Matt Shakmanthey were obviously excited to promote this film, and they misled us, reminding us that the actors had only arrived in London last week, so they would not be attending the convention.
But, of course, they later revealed that the actors had actually flown out just for the occasion, and we got to see Peter Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph QuinnAND Ebony moss – Bachrach.
The film doesn’t start shooting until next week, so we didn’t have an official trailer or footage from the movie to watch, but what we did get was a clip that Shakman described as “test footage.”
What we saw looked like an old film reel from the 60s, and in it we saw the characters as astronauts in what looked like a behind the scenes look at NASA. A great part was at the end of the film when we got a quick glimpse of Galactus, who was epic and gigantic! I can’t wait to see what they do with him!
Also, a crazy moment was when we saw the new name of the movie! From now on it will be known as Fantastic Four: First Steps.
