Lucy Lawless returns SPARTACUS as Lucretia in Starz’s HOUSE OF ASHUR

Lucy without law (Xena: Warrior Princess) is returning to the world of Spartacus in the next STARZ series Spartacus: House of Ashur.

The show asks the question: what would happen if Ashur (Nick Tarabay) had not died on Vesuvius at the end of Spartacus: Revenge and instead he was given the Ludus of Batiatus in exchange for his help in killing Spartacus and burying the slave revolt?

The answer will come in the premiere episode via OG Queen Bee Lucretia, as Lawless sets up her return in a guest-starring role by “elevating” everything around her. Her appearance will be instrumental in setting up the “what if” alternate timeline.

In addition to Tarabay, the series will also feature Graham McTavish, Tenika Davis, Jamaica Vaughan, Ivana Baquero, Jordi Webber, Claudia Black, India Shaw Smith AND Leigh Gill.

Spartacus creator, writer and executive producer Steven S. DeKnight returns to the franchise he helped create as showrunner and executive producer of Spartacus: House of Ashera new original series that Starz describes as a “history-changing, erotic, emotional and roller-coaster experience that builds on everything that made the original series such a monumental success.”
