The CW has released the first teaser trailer for the fourth and final season of the DC series Superman and LoisThe trailer previews the Comic-Con panel where the cast and crew will reunite to discuss the next season.
If you watch the series, proceed with caution because the trailer contains some pretty major spoilers for what’s to come in the next season.
This final season of Superman and Lois will loosely adapt “The Death of Superman,” the hit 1990s event story in which Superman and Doomsday died at each other’s hands.
In the serial version of the story, Doomsday is a mutated version of Bizarro, sent by Lex Luther to defeat the Man of Steel.
There was a trailer that was supposed to premiere at Comic-Con, I don’t know if this is the early leaked trailer or if there will be another one released during the panel.
Superman and Lois will debut its fourth and final season on Thursday, October 17.
