This week, My name is Ryan Reynolds. he rekindled the rumors that his friend Taylor Swift might actually appear in the next Marvel movie Deadpool and WolverineIt’s been a hot topic of conversation ever since Reynolds said in 2022 that he was open to Swift’s presence in the film.
Reynolds told Entertainment Tonight at the time, “If we were shooting the next Deadpool movie in our house, then that would be the location. Are you kidding me? I would do anything for that woman. She’s a genius.”
EW recently reported that Swift did not make a cameo in Deadpool and Wolverinebut Reynolds’ new post might suggest otherwise.
She posted the photo above on her Instagram Story showing the Marvel superhero’s back in the middle of the forest. Swifties immediately noticed the similarities with Swift Always album cover. Reynolds even added Swift’s song “Evermore” to the Instagram post.
Director Shawn Levy wouldn’t confirm either way that Swift will be in the film, but he did say that the movie has a lot of cameos, telling the same source, “We didn’t want any of the cameos or characters to be the story of the movie. But they’re scattered around.
“There are a lot of characters. The Internet is a delight of rumors about the multitude of character cameos that are in this film. Some of the rumors are true, some are completely off.”
