Paramount Pictures has released the final trailer for the upcoming horror film A quiet place: first daywhich opens in theaters this weekend.
There is a lot of excitement about this film and the reviews that have come out so far have been very positive. So hopefully it will actually live up to the hype for fans.
While I can’t wait to watch it, I’m more excited about the Kevin Costner one Horizon: An American Saga, which also comes out this weekend. I’ll see that movie before I see it A quiet place: first day.
A Quiet Place: Day One is a post-apocalyptic horror prequel that takes place “at the beginning of it all, before the original film A Quiet Place (2018). A woman named Sam (Lupita Nyong’o) on a day trip to the city he must survive an invasion of New York by bloodthirsty alien creatures with ultrasonic hearing.
Creator John Krasinski previously said of the film: “We follow Lupita Nyong’o’s character as she goes through the first horrific moments of the alien invasion in the loudest city in the world, New York City.”
The film has a solid cast which also includes Joseph Quinn, Alex WolffAND Djimon Hounsou. The film was written and directed by Michele Sarnoski (Pig).
A quiet place: first day will be released in theaters on June 28, 2024.
