The hit fantasy game Elden Ring is getting an anime short adaptation and today we have a first look to share with you that was shared by the people who created it.
The project was born from SteinsAlter, an independent production group that creates and shares animated shorts online. The group has now announced plans to release an Elden Ring anime, and it looks like it’s going to be pretty awesome!
The group explains that the anime will be 3 minutes long and “filled with cinematically composed sakuga that adapt and recreate moments from Elden Ring, we will aim to release the best animation possible for us.”
The world of Elden Ring is huge and there are so many different stories they could tell. Even though this is a short film, I hope it inspires someone to make a full anime series! Anime is the perfect medium to explore this fantasy world.
The anime short will make its trailer debut this June, so stay tuned!
