Here’s a trailer for a new horror movie titled The legacywhich sees an elderly billionaire invite his children to his estate to let them know he doesn’t have long to live.
Of course, there will be a big twist as something will take his life at midnight. As the night unfolds, all the characters are terrorized by something sinister.
The synopsis reads: “On the eve of his 75th birthday, billionaire Charles Abernathy invites his children home out of fear that someone or something will kill him tonight. He puts each of their legacies on the line to make sure they help keep him alive.
The film was directed by Alexander Brugues (Juan of the Dead, Nightmare Cinema, Pooka Lives!) and the cast includes Peyton List (School spirits), David Walton (New girl), Rachel Nichols (P2), Austin Stowell (A family friend), AND Bob Gunton (The Shawshank Redemption).
The vertical will be released The legacy in select theaters and on-demand July 1.
