New photos and details on Willem Dafoe’s character in BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE

A new photo has been released from the upcoming sequel Beetle juice Beetle juicewhich he presents Willem Dafoe as the character Wolf Jackson. We got our first look at Dafoe in costume last week, when a batch of new character posters were revealed. Now we can take another look and hear what Dafoe has to say about this unique role.

Wolf Jackson – an actor who, as he was known for playing the cop “Frank Hardballer” when he was alive, took on a similar role in the afterlife as head of the Afterlife Crimes Unit. He is also missing a segment of his skull, leaving a piece of his brain exposed. Dafoe explained to Empire:

“It’s not a normal role. The most important thing for me was finding the tone. It had to be rooted but it also had to be free enough to play with. I take inspiration from him. Take inspiration from the world.

The film is the protagonist Michael Keaton like Beetlejuice, Winona Ryder as Lydia Deetz, Jenna Ortega as Astrid Deetz, Catherine O’Hara as Delia Deetz, Monica Bellucci like Delores, Willem Dafoe like Wolf Jackson, and Justin Theroux as Rory.

In the film, “After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the city in the attic and the portal to the Afterlife is accidentally opened.

With trouble looming in both kingdoms, it’s only a matter of time before someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times and the mischievous demon returns to wreak his own personal havoc.

Tim Burton he returned to directing. Alfred Gough AND Miles Millar (Wednesday AND Smallville) wrote the screenplay along with an earlier draft of Seth Grahame-Smith AND David Katzenberg. Katzenberg and Grahame-Smith are also producing. Danny Elfmann he is returning to compose the score.

Beetle juice Beetle juice will be released in theaters on September 6, 2024.
