New trailer for BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE – “Warning… it’s intense”

Warner Bros. has released the full trailer for Tim Burton’S Beetle juice Beetle juiceand this is going to be a great, fun movie!

Michael Keaton he returns to the role of Beetlejuice, and it seems like he’s perfectly settled into the role as if no time had passed. He’ll give us that amazing Beetlejuice performance we were all hoping for!

The trailer offers tons of new footage and insights into the story Burton set out to tell. One of the main things the story wants to explore is that the living and the dead can coexist.

I also love that pretty much all the visual effects were done in a practical way and that they even include stop-motion sandworms!

In the film, “After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the city in the attic and the portal to the Afterlife is accidentally opened.

“With trouble looming in both kingdoms, it’s only a matter of time before someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times and the mischievous demon returns to wreak his own personal havoc.”

The family tragedy is confirmed to be the death of Charles Deetz, and you can all thank Lydia’s daughter for bringing Beetlejuice back.

Michael Keaton is joined by Winona Ryder as Lydia Deetz, Catherine O’Haraas Delia Deetz, with new cast members Justin Theroux (Leftovers), Monica Bellucci (Spectre, the Matrix films), Arturo Conti (House of the Dragon), Jenna Ortega (Wednesday, Scream VI) as Lydia ‘s daughter Astrid, and Willem Dafoe as a B-movie action star who died and became a police officer in the afterlife.

Burton explained what interested him in telling this story by saying, “I so identified with the character of Lydia, but then you get to all these years later, and you go on your journey, going from cool teenager to lame adult, back and forth again. That made it exciting, it grounded it, so that was the thing that really got me involved.

Alfred Gough AND Miles Millar (Wednesday AND Smallville) wrote the screenplay along with an earlier draft of Seth Grahame-Smith AND David Katzenberg. Katzenberg and Grahame-Smith are also producing. Danny Elfman he is returning to compose the score.

Beetle juice Beetle juice will be released in theaters on September 6, 2024.
