The star of the fantastic Netflix series Lawyer Lincoln, Manuel Garcia-Rulfogot the lead role in Amblin Entertainment’s new film Jurassic world film, and will star alongside him Scarlett Johansson AND Jonathan Bailey.
Gareth Edwards will direct the film, which will be “an entirely new take” on the franchise, with an entirely new cast of actors playing all new characters.
Steven Spielberg he is also a producer of the original film Jurassic Park scribe David Koepp is writing the screenplay for the film.
Edwards has already talked about why he got into this Jurassic world film project, saying, “I was about to take a break and start writing my next movie idea and this is the one movie that would make me drop everything like a stone and dive right in.”
She added: “I love it Jurassic Park. I think the first film is a cinematic masterpiece… so this opportunity is like a dream for me. And working with Frank Marshall, Universal and David Koepp, who is writing the script, I think they’re all legends. So I’m just very excited.”
We have no idea what the new movie’s story will entail, but we know it will involve dinosaurs wreaking havoc on the modern world because that’s what all these movies are about.
Universal Pictures is looking to release the film on July 2, 2025.
