Netflix has released the trailer for its upcoming live-action/CGI hybrid film Woody Woodpecker goes to camp, and this seems like a really weird and wacky movie! The film comes after the 2017 film, Woody Picchio: the moviewhich wasn’t good at all, and I guess this is some sort of sequel.
In the film, “After being kicked out of the forest, Woody thinks he’s found a forever home at Camp Woo Hoo, until an inspector threatens to close the camp.”
The film was directed by Jonathan A. Rosenbaum (Stuck in the middle, Bizaardvark, Raven’s house, Gabby Duran and the UnsittablesAND Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock). Movie stars Eric Bauza like Woody’s voice, with Mary Louise Parker, Josh Lawson, Chloe De Los Santos, Esther Son, Evan Stanhope, Kevin Michael Richardson like Buzz Buzzard, and Tom Kenny as Wally Walrus. I was surprised to see Mary-Louise Parker in this movie!
Woody Woodpecker goes to camp will be released on April 12, 2024.
