Apple TV+ is clearly not going to postpone its anti -outopic hit with the final.
While spectators are waiting for the third season of “Shelter”, which has already been shot and has to get closer to the end of 2025, the film team is preparing to start the fourth – and apparently the last.
Apple has not officially announced nothing, but in an interview with Screenant with the second season operator, Bas Irvain spoke:
“No, no, the third season is already over. But interesting enough I recently met director Michael Dinner-We worked together on the second season he decided to stay and do the third and fourth, and now they are going to film the fourth.”
The information is confirmed by the earlier statements by Showranner Graham Yosta, who said Empire that the final of the third season will lead to a new large location that plays a key role in the fourth. Because the shooting is performed at the same time with 10 episodes, the last seasonal scenario had to be completed almost simultaneously with the third.
The “hiding place”, such as “Slow Horses”, another Apple series, is recorded in advance -allows you to maintain the pace and not regulate three -year breaks between the outputs, like most series. Formally, the launch of the fourth season would start three months after the post -production of the third. But if they “start” means in the coming weeks, then the team will run the schedule for about a month.
The date of the premiere of the fourth season is not yet called up, but if everything goes according to the plan (and apparently, the final of the “shelter” has already been released in 2026.
