DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE Rumored to Include ‘Lot of Kevin Feige Jokes’

We have more details to share with you about this Deadpool and Wolverine thanks to the actor Karan Soni, who reprises his role as Dopinder in the film. During an interview with Collider, he said that the film is full of jokes Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios. Speaking about the film, he shared:

“I can say that I think it’s going to be really good, this movie, and from my little experience on my part, it’s definitely… Ryan is taking full advantage of the MCU and playing with all the toys. It also seems like it’s coming at a perfect time for the MCU because it’s ready for a little change, and he’s definitely shaking it up.

“And so I think it’s great that this is happening right now, and they’re very willing to poke fun at each other, which is important. And I got to meet Kevin Feige, and I was surprisingly starstruck. I was a little bit like, oh my God, that’s him. And I was surprised that I was. But it’s very cool to see those minds together. You know, he, Kevin has obviously changed the industry completely, and then Ryan who is such a genius, kind of combining their powers, it’s really exciting.”

Soni then went on to talk about working on the film and everything Kevin Feige he jokes, saying:

“It was like this was so different for me because we didn’t have a script or anything. It was very private. And so we were just in this, I had the scene like the day before or whatever, and we “I walked into the theater of poses and appears next to Hugh Jackman and I thought, “I don’t know what’s going on.” He was really crazy, but he was very sweet, very kind. He came over and said hello to all of us from the original movies and stuff, and he seemed excited about what was going on too. And then Ryan is definitely like, you know, calling him a lot right now. There are a lot of Kevin jokes [in the movie]. You have to have a good sense of humor and he does. So it’s good.”

So, we can expect a lot of funny humor from Kevin Feige! Of course, if there’s one Marvel character who can pull these things off in a Marvel movie, it’s Deadpool, and it looks like the creative team is making the most of it!

In the film, “After facing some professional setbacks while going through a mid-life crisis. Wade Wilson decides to officially retire Deadpool and becomes a used car salesman. But when his friends, his family, and the entire world are at stake, Deadpool decides to bring his katanas back into retirement. He recruits a reluctant and wary Wolverine to not only fight for their survival, but, ultimately, their legacy.

It also says: “That damn irresponsible hero Deadpool will change the history of the MCU with Wolverine!?”

The film is the protagonist Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Emma Corrin as the evil Cassandra Nova, Morena Baccarin AND Stefan Kapicic like Vanessa and Colossus, Matthew Macfadyen in an unknown role, e Leslie Uggam in the role of blind Al. They are united by Brianna HildebrandAND Shioli Kutsuna will also return to the franchise as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s girlfriend, Yukio. Rob Delaney he will return as Peter and Jennifer Garner she will return as Elektra in the film.

Deadpool and Wolverine hits theaters July 26th!
