Jamie Foxx he returned to work after the health problem last April which left him hospitalized and he was in rather precarious conditions. He worked hard to fully recover from an illness that left him so weak he couldn’t walk, to return to the set to film his action comedy. Back in actionin front of his co-star Cameron Diaz, who came out of retirement to make this film. Page Six shared photos of the actors on set, which you can see above.
After sharing the screen in 1999 Every Sundayand 2014 Anniethe actors will reunite for this new Netflix film, Back in action. They are joined in the cast by Kyle Chandler AND Glenn Closeas well as Andrea Scott, Jamie Demetriou, McKenna Roberts AND Ryan Jackson. The film is directed by Seth Gordonwho is best known for his work in comedies such as Terrible bosses, Identity thief AND Baywatch.
Netflix has remained tight-lipped about the film’s synopsis, so all we know is that the film’s plot reads: “A woman retired for six years comes back smarter and stronger than ever.” I’m eager to see how the film turns out.
